Earth & Turf Landscapes are committed to providing the highest quality and standard to all clients at all times. All works are carried out to Australian Standards where applicable. Earth & Turf only utilise water wise irrigation components and design.

Safety Policy

Earth & Turf Landscapes are committed to providing a safe and secure site at all times for staff, clients and the general public. We are fully insured and can provide certificates of public liability, workers compensation where applicable and personal accident cover upon commencement of a project.

Terms

Payment terms vary by invoice and customer, all invoices have an invoice date and a due date for payment listed on them.

In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs. Overdue accounts will be subject to interest at the rate of 10% p.a., calculated for the period the account is due until the date it is paid.

Warranty

A 12 month warranty from the date of completion is provided on workmanship of ‘hard landscape’ elements such as paving, blockwork, decking and other non living finishes.

No warranty is provided on ‘soft landscape’ elements such as trees, plants and turf. This is because soft landscape elements are living and outside of our care and control once installed.

All turf and plants are sourced from fully accredited nurseries and farms to ensure quality of stock. Upon installation any necessary care or upkeep advice will be provided and, if installed, automated irrigation systems will be adjusted to suit.
